All reservations are held until 4:00pm local time, day of arrival. If expected arrival is after 4:00pm, all reservations must be guaranteed for late arrival. Accepted methods of guarantee are prepaying the first night room and tax, or providing a valid credit card number at time of booking. In the event that the reservation needs to be cancelled, it must be cancelled by 4:00pm local time, day of arrival to avoid penalty. Bed type and smoking preferences are not guaranteed.
